Whistlewood Common is a 10 acre community owned woodland situated near Melbourne, South Derbyshire. We currently have around 400 members and the site is run entirely by volunteers. This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in a community benefit organisation that is friendly and supportive. You will be reporting to the Board of Directors, usually on a monthly basis. The opportunity exists to become a member and therefore eligible to become a director.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a volunteer who has good knowledge of finance systems including Quickbooks as well as financial oversight and planning skills to guide Whistlewood's financial stability for the future.
What skills are required?
Knowledge of Quickbooks and VAT would be preferable.
